In 2025, BRUSH launched BRUSHWork, a three-day incubator program designed to strengthen muralists’ creative and business skills through a series of interactive, hands-on lectures and workshops. Participants also had access to in-person portfolio review sessions, which provided personalized guidance and actionable feedback to strengthen their future applications. The program was open to all BRUSH alumni as well as emerging muralists who were not accepted to the festival, creating an inclusive space for mentorship, learning, and community building. BRUSHWork served 30 artists in its inaugural year and will return this year with improved and expanded programming.
